Eva Lopez

Eva Lopez discovered her talent for singing and dancing when she was six years of age.  She attended a Modern Jazz School in Montepellier and studied Lyric Music in Beziers.  She also became a part of the orchestras “Le Grand Orchestre de Rene Coll” as a chorus singer.  Eva attended singing and music courses in India at the Ravi Shankar School. She stayed in Paris afterwards where she studied voice and interpretation.  Later on she was launch as an artist and she became popular because of her singing prowess.

Xurxo Borrazas

Xurxo Borrazas is a well known Galician writer who was born on August 1963. His writings present a radical, explicit and narrative approach both in the treatment and choice of his topics.  He presents a formal way of writing with experimental and transgressive quality.  His novel entitled Head of Chorlito was recognized as the paradigm of postmodern narrative works.

Muller Ceiba

Muller Ceiba or Loose Woman is a Galician Edition Book written by Sandra Cisneros and translated by Marilar Aleixandre. It is a 98 pages book which is described as controversial and explosive. It is about a woman who voice out her provocative and exotic female voice.

Sandra Cisneros is an American author born in Chicago on 1954 but she lived in Texas.

Iolanda Zuniga

Iolanda Zuniga or also known as Yolanda Perez Zuniga is a well-known Galician language writer.  Her first published book in 2007 is entitled Post it Lives with 46 micro-stories with diverse themes but related to everyday situations.  In 2008, she published Love Amen, a book of poems.  In 2010, she won the Xerais Prize for her novel entitled Periphery.

Rato Tom e Rata Tomasa or the Mouse Tom and Tomasa Rata was written by Mariza Nunez and illustrated by Alessandra Cimatoribus.  The story is about the two friends name Mouse Tom and Tomasa.  The story revolves around the visit of Mouse Tom her friend Tomasa.

The story is full of humor and series of twist and turns.

Concha Costas

Concha Costas is the president of the De Espazo Lectura.  She is also active in the Agustin Fernandez Paz Library in reading and design presentations.  She is a promoter of Galician literature and culture and took several initiatives to help the declining numbers of youth speakers in Galicia.  She also studied why there is a decline of Galician children who speaks their national language.
